Opus

Opus is an experimental project that explores the possible physical interactions between humans and their digital world.

Haptics and wearable electronics were the mediums used to explore this topic. Opus is placed on the users neck and uses haptic patterns to provide supplemental information to users about their digital realities without having to physically check their smartphone. Emojis are used as the inspiration for the haptic language. This enables people to interact with technology in a more empathetic manner.
